Rang De Basanti Urban Dhaba one of the popular restaurants in the city has revamped itself with a freshly-done menu for its customers. Along with it the restaurant has come up with a unique bar option for the foodies of Guwahati along with the scrumptious North Indian cuisines at the restaurant. The new menu, which now has a separate ‘Chakhna’ section with items like Peanut Masala, Tawa Aloo Anaarki chat, Lakhan Pur Ke Gulgule, Aanda Masaledar are the perfect match with a drink or two.
The food has always maintained the taste and spirit of a classic Dhaba offering. However, there is always a twist at the end that elevates the entire experience of the diner. ‘We have always tried to give our patrons a singular experience every time they step into our restaurant. We want to be the default choice of the people for NorthIndian cuisine in the city,’ said Raj Dwip Pandey, Director- Operations of the brand.
The additions do not stop here. New starters like Crispy Aloo Maggi masala, Mutton pepper fry, Desi Fish n Chips give a North Indian twist to your favourite classics. The main course has new dishes like Dahi Hing Aloo, Mushroom Makai Pyaaz, Chicken Palang Tod, all of which promise to leave a long-lasting taste in your mouth.
Unique drinks from the new menu include Daiquiri Banta, Teekha Hawaian Mojito, Desi Tharra, Imli-Rita and Sharabi Lassi, among others.
