When you hear about Siliguri, the picture that forms in our mind is that of a laidback town, devoid of startups and e-commerce companies. Now this laidback town is home to one of India’s most awarded startup, Teabox.
What Teabox does?
Teabox is an Indian tea brand that sells tea and tea based products sourced from Darjeeling, Assam, Nilgiris and Nepal. In the past four years, it has shipped over 40 million cups worth of teas to customers in over 100 countries.
The company has its offices in Siliguri and Bengaluru. Not only that, recently the company also set up the country’s first cold storage facility for tea.
