United Mission Society, a government registered society formed and headed by Rev Johnson John has organized a concert to raise funds for their charity work. The concert is to be held on October 8 at IMC Hall, Dimapur. The proceeds from the charity will go to the underprivileged children being taken care of by the mission.
The mission is currently holding weekly gatherings where kids from different backgrounds, financial conditions, religious belief and social lifestyle converge together where they are taught songs and scriptures. Many noted artistes have come forward to contribute and be part of the noble cause when they came to know about the good cause.
Naga musicians like Zowe Madrigal led by Nise Meruno, Alobo Naga, Tali Angh, Wapong Ozukum and Akok Imsong are set to be a part of the event. The concert aims to create a greater impact on the lives of kids by supporting them in different areas like education and finance.
